1.
General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through A C Georgiades Ltd’s Click & Collect service.
• A C Georgiades Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.

2.
Payment Terms

• All products must be paid for in full prior to release of the goods on site. Whether this online or in person.
• No goods will be released without prior payment.
• We accept the payment methods displayed on our website at the time of purchase. We also accept payment in person by card.
• Prices are EXCLUSIVE of VAT.

3.
Collection Procedure

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect. Please do not arrive before receiving this notification.
• Orders can only be collected from our designated Click & Collect point at:
  A C Georgiades Ltd . Unit 1A, Stanners
  Complex, Coopies Lane, Morpeth, Northumberland. NE61 6JT
• When collecting, you must provide your order confirmation number and name that has processed the order.
• Only the named person on the order (or a nominated individual authorised in writing) may collect the goods.
• Goods must be collected within 1 day of receiving the collection notification. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
• Strictly no access outside of the designated click and collect area. All customers MUST stay in this area and by no means enter the gated area or wander from lined bays.

4.
Health & Safety Regulations

• Customers must follow all on-site safety instructions provided by A C Georgiades Ltd staff.
• Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required when entering certain collection areas.
• Customers must remain in designated collection zones and not enter restricted or staff-only areas.
• Children and pets must remain inside vehicles at all times while on site.
• A C Georgiades Ltd accepts no liability for accidents or injuries caused by failure to follow health and safety instructions.

5.
Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before collection by contacting our customer service team at A C Georgiades ltd Morpeth.
• Refunds will be processed in line with our Refund & Returns Policy below. 

6.
Liability

• A C Georgiades Ltd is not responsible for any delays in order collection caused by events outside of our reasonable control.
• Title and risk of the goods pass to the customer at the point of collection.

Acceptance

By ticking the box at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
C Georgiades Ltd – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how you can return goods purchased through our Click & Collect service.

1.
Returning Goods

• Goods may only be returned if they are unused, in their original condition, and with proof of purchase.
• Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of collection.
• Certain items may be excluded from return due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons (e.g. perishable goods, bespoke or customised products, or items cut to size).

2.
Refunds

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only.
• Please allow up to 7-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If only part of an order is returned, you will be refunded for the returned items only.

3.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If your goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at A C Georgiades Ltd, Morpeth.
• The items will need to be inspected at our premises.
• If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

4.
Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

• Customised, made-to-order, or cut-to-size goods.
• Perishable or consumable items.
• Products not in a resaleable condition (unless faulty).

5.
How to Return Goods

• Returns must be brought to our collection
  point at:

  Complex, Coopies Lane, Morpeth, Northumberland. NE61 6JT
• Please bring your order confirmation or receipt with you.
• Our staff will process your return and advise you on the next steps.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law under consumer law
